Mr. Ellie Pooh's eco-friendly elephant dung paper and cardstock are a crafters dream come true. It is like our paper was born for stamping, scrapbooking and letter press. Each sheet is handmade with a texture and feel like no other paper on the market. Additionally, when it comes to tearing (no wetting) and embossing (profound impressions), our paper is second to none. Unlike milled paper, our colors run all the way through. Because no harsh chemicals are used in our paper-making process, our sheets are acid free, pH neutral, perfect for photographic preservation. Try some poo poo paper, we think you will love it.
As far as being eco-friendly, all of you greenies out there don't have to worry. Our paper is 100% recycled, 75% poo fiber and 25% post consumer. Furthermore, all of our colors are derived from natural salt dyes and the binding agents used to hold the paper together are organic vegatable products. There are great recycled papers available today...none with a lower carbon footprint than ours. No trees were cut down, elephants do the pulping and local villagers hard work make our paper.
